At Solara Home, we want you to love your living space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. Our streamlined process ensures that if a piece doesn't fit your aesthetic, returning it is as simple as possible.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive an automated return authorization number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
